I started my career in stores, where I learned that every decision ultimately lands with the customer. I've always been curious, and that curiosity has shaped my career. It led me to look beyond my own function, ask better questions, challenge the status quo, and understand how every part of the business that shapes the customer experience.

What began in merchandising expanded into product, brand, marketing, ecommerce, operations, partnerships, executive leadership, and media. Each opportunity reinforced a simple belief: the strongest businesses align brand, product, customer, and commercial strategy around a shared vision. When every touchpoint reinforces the same authentic story, customers connect more deeply, organizations execute more effectively, and businesses create lasting value.

I approach every role with a sense of ownership, personal investment, and accountability, treating each business as if it were my own. I'm committed to asking difficult questions, challenging the status quo, and leaving every organization stronger than I found it by creating clarity, aligning teams, building momentum, and delivering meaningful results.
